The Jugendstilverein is once more quite active to present Bad Nauheims heritage to the public. We have a state Garden Exhibition here from April until October and during this time Bathhouse four is open on weekends and holidays for visitiors who pass the Sprudelhof (courtyard of the springs) on their way from one part of the exhibition to the other. Organised by Hermann Pfeffer members of the Jugendstilverein offer all kind of information about the spa area and Art Nouveau. People can have a look around the bath house with its splendid waiting hall, the corridors and bathrooms with their historical equipment, they can relax in the lovely inner courtyard and even can get refreshments. A DVD, created by Hiltrud Hölzinger, takes the visitor on a visual tour through the beauty of the spa complex. At the same time there is a photo exhibition in the corridors of Bathhouse four also presented by the artists Hiltrud Hölzinger and her cousin Endrik Hölzinger.
Hiltrud shows wonderful, estethic black-white pictures in double exposed technic, and the images of Endrik are fascinating coloured photo montages. Both versions are based on Art Nouveau motifs around the Sprudelhof.
